•  18-21  Deltakende lag ankommer til Harstad. Fremmøte Grand Nordic Hotel (Participating teams arrive in Harstad - check in at Grand Nordic Hotel
• 2100     Teknisk møte – Grand Nordic Hotel (Technical Meeting at Hotel)

      Lørdag 30. juli 2011  

•  1200    Åpningsseremoni (Opening Cermony)
• 1230     Start konkurranser, Stangnes idrettspark ( Start competitions)
• 1545      Avlutning konkurranser (End of competitions day one)
• 1630     Barentsmøte, Grand Nordic Hotel (Barents meeting)
• 1800    Avreise sightseeing til  Aunfjellet. Buss fra parkeringsplass  nede på kaien, Harstad havn.( Departure for sightseeing Aunfjellet. Bus from the parking lot down at the dock, Harstad Harbour)
• 1930    Bankett Nordic Hall(Nordic Banquet at Hotel)

Søndag 31.juli 2011   

• 0930   Start konkurranser, Stangnes idrettspark (Start competions day two)
• 1340    Avslutning konkurranser (Closing competitions )
